Blue vellum skies

I normally don't work with vellum, but found a few sheets when I was putting folders away in my craft room this week.
I combined a pretty bird scene cut file from the Silhouette store with white card stock and light blue vellum for the sky.

Favorite flower stamp

This lovely flower is one of my all time favorites.  Inked it up with Bazz ink cubes and stamped on GP cardstock.  Cut out with Spellbinders dies.  Patterned paper was a freebie from a card magazine.  Machine stitched the edges of patterned paper to card base then added the image with dimensional dots.
Challenges:
July 2015 - Magenta Challenge - My favorite Magenta stamp
Inspiration Destination Challenge 43 - Anything goes
Chocolate, Coffee Cards Challenge 96 - A flower in your card

QKR Catching Snowflakes Swing Card

While reorganizing my Christmas craft supplies this afternoon,  I found this cute QKR Stampede digi image called Catching Snowflakes that I colored with Copics last year but never made into a card.  The flip swing circle card shape and print papers were cut out with my Silhouette Cameo using a file I bought at the Silhouette store.  This is going into the box for the children's charity.

I'm back....

We got most of the indoor projects done, but have to wait for a countertop to be made to finish the work. And it's raining really hard so can't work outside.  It gives me a good excuse to stay indoors and play with paper and my craft supplies.  Lol, it's been so long since I made a card, I forgot where I put things and had to go digging through closets to find where I put my Christmas supplies to make this one.  The image is a precolored digi by Elizabeth Bell and is sold by Hobby House.  They come on a sheet called Christmas Eve.  It has 6 colored images on the sheet.  So fun to work with.
